Athens Color Cube Booking Policy

In order to be able to provide security and comfort to all our guests, we thank you in advance for accepting the below mentioned regulations.

Check-in  & Check-out time

Check-in: 2 p.m. Check out: 11 a.m. On the last day of your stay you are kindly asked to vacate your apartment at 11 a.m. In case the apartment is available, staying beyond the check-out time and until 6 p.m. is free of charge. Staying after 6 p.m. requires the guest to proceed in paying the 50% of full daily apartment rate. Use of storage room for the luggage before check-in and after check-out is available free of charge.

Payment

The payment for the accommodation is due prior to the guest’s arrival, depending on the chosen type of reservation. When guests are planning their departure between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., the payment for extra incurred products and services is due before 10 p.m. on the day before the departure date. Payment can be made by cash only in Euros, by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) and by bank transfer to an account that we will specify upon departure.
When the non-refundable rate is chosen, the payment will be made simultaneously with the booking itself. If the flexible rate is preferred, then at the booking moment a credit card preauthorization transaction will be performed equivalent to the first night, followed by the payment completion 7 days before the guest’s arrival.
In the case of earlier departure or shortening the duration of stay, the guest is required to pay compensation equal to 100% of all remaining days’ rent, which corresponds to the agreed rate per night. The above also applies in the case of the guest arriving later than the agreed arrival date, except in instances of force majeure, that are proven by undisputed facts or evidence.

Access Code

For the security of all guests, a unique 6 digits code is issued to its apartment guests prior to arrival. This code can open the ground floor building door, as well as, the apartment entrance at the 4th floor.
Those codes are valid only during your stay (activated before check-in time) and become unusable after the renting period (deactivated after check-out time). No keys are used, hence, nobody else can access the apartment during your stay.

Cleaning

Every apartment is cleaned before arrival. Special attention is paid on the cleaning and hygiene level of the apartment. Dedicated professional cleaning is engaged and we exclusively use eco-friendly and disinfectant materials. All apartments are equipped with basic cleaning materials to use during your stay. If extra cleaning is requested, please get in contact with the management.

Infants and Children

Infants between the age of 0 and 2 years stay for free. The baby cot, highchair & changing table are provided upon request and are free of charge.
Children between ages of 2 to 18 years are charged as an extra person, when a sofa bed is requested.
Children staying in the property must be under constant care and supervision of adults. Damages or losses to the property caused by children, are the responsibility of their legal guardians.

Visitors & Parties

Visitors are prohibited from entering the apartments which are only reserved for registered guests only. No visitor can be in any part of the property. No parties are allowed in the apartments and in case of non-compliance a fine of 200€ will apply to your booking.

Smoking

For the safety and hygiene of our guests, smoking is forbidden in all areas of the apartments and the building. In case of non-compliance, the guest must pay a fine of 150€ per one bedrrom apartment & 200€ for double bedrooms apartment to cover the specialized cleaning and deodorizing costs.

Pets

Pets are forbidden in all areas of the apartments and the building. In case of non-compliance, the property reserves the right to break the contract and no refund will be available for the remaining day period.

Wi-Fi

Internet access is offered free of charge to all the areas of the property.

Transfers

Airport- Port transfers are available 24 hours with an additional cost payable directly to the company providing the service.

Parking

The apartments have not private or public parking available. They are located on a pedestrian street; we are so centrally located that you don’t really need a car. You can do everything by walking, metro or a quick taxi ride,
In regards the parking, there are some private parking around (payable). Typically, they are small open-air parking. You can use the application https://www.parkaround.gr to locate some of them.

Obligations

The property holds no responsibility for any loss or damage of guests’ personal belongings during their stay. We recommend use of the in-apartment safe deposit boxes for the safekeeping of money and valuables. Furthermore, the property is relinquished of all responsibility if the loss of damage is due to force majeure (earthquake, fire etc).

In case of loss of your personal belongings.

In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform the owner. We suggest you double check the safe deposit box in your apartment, before departing from the property.

Guests are responsible for damages caused to their apartments during their stay (furniture, utensils, equipment etc.). In case of complacency or negligence of the guest or his / her visitors, the guest is obliged to pay reparations equal to the repair cost in order to remedy the damage caused.
It is forbidden to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals into the property. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, harmful and hazardous substances, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on the property premises.
Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended. Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the property.

Photographs and Video’s

Using photographs and video’s taken in the property for commercial purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.

We reserve the right to break the contract and stop providing services to guests, if they are in violation of the above stated regulations and if they disturb other guests with their behavior.
Commencement of stay in the property is equivalent to acceptance of these rules and regulations.
